Stihl axes?

I'm in the market for a small hatchet and have come across a small Stihl hatchet at a local hardware store. It looks a lot like the Estwing Sportsman's hatchet. It comes with a nice leather holster, you can see a bit of it at the top right corner. The axe itself isn't sharp at all I'd have no problem sharpening it, but I found that weird. The price is about $20. Now the question is, has anyone ever seen one of those, or has one? I know Stihl is a big name in the chainsaw market, but I've never had any experience with their axes. And I can't find this specific one anywhere online.

Might be a reasonable chopper, judging by the pic it's not going to wedge easily
