Well, those sports folks that had tools made to support & promote them, then there's David Cantebury where Leatherman showed as video of them modding a tool for him. Oops, looks like the photo/post got pulled.

So... send my Charge TTi in for a warranty refit (like the original scales), buy a Rebar, and find a modder to give me a good price for a conversion?

Rebar pliers + awl in your TTi? what needs to be replaced in your TTi? I probably have enough spare parts that you could skip the warranty part of the procedure...• Serrated blade with the cut-hook has a lot of miles and scars on it. It had lost a fair amount of metal trying to find ways to sharpen it.• Washer between the scissors & small screw driver is MIA.• Used the flathead as a guide when putting the ST300 awl in, so it might have loose play - it's been in the ST300 so it won't go wondering off.• Awl has seen a lot of wear & tear too. Though useable I'd want it replaced. Was my first tool swap attempt, and there's a dip where the threading loop is. For what I did, it worked. Not a clean mod by any means. Was getting ready to swap pliers for a spare Wave's pliers but kept getting side-tracked. Rebar pliers have far better wire cutters - which would really be useful. And I don't like the cap crimper on the pliers. Not used the scissors much, so no lust lost there. Have a Climber if I want real scissors. Climber also has the better can opener.
Have the L bits. Guess I could try again. Don't have many distractions anymore, and a lot of time. If do it myself I can add the 90° locking notch to the large bit driver, which comes in handy at times.
