Cybertool 41
on: March 04, 2008, 06:11:32 AM
I'm looking for a Victorinox Cybertool 41.  I have a large number of SAKs, so if there's anything you are looking for in trade, let me know.  I also have a new Swisstool X that could be bartered.

Thanks for looking.

I have one but i've modified the tip of the file into a screwdriver (doesn't affect the file at all).
Still have the box and a Vic leather belt pouch.
Any use ?

I would certainly consider it.  Can you take a pic of the file?

Here it is. I've found it quite useful. I do this to all my SAKs with this sort of file.
The rest of the SAK is in nearly new condition, i've EDC'd it a handful of times but never really used  it.

Interesting SAK.  :)  I didn't know there was a cybertool with a file, that was a big part of why I ruled it out.  Guess I had better add it to the list.  :D

If NutSAK doesn't want this i'd trade it for a Vic Spirt or SwissTool X  :D

This is a stock pic (although with blue scales, mine has red ruby scales).

Thanks Darren, pics like that don't help!  :D

The bit driver does look really good.  I love the way everything is contained within the tool.  Does the bit holder feel solid?

Yeah, solid enough. It is plastic but it is thick and doesn't feel like it would break very easily. It doesn't 'snap' in like all the other tools but it is very smooth and will just flick out when you push your finger on the tab at the end :)

Just one more pic to tempt you >:D

Looks very nice.   I'm not too fond of plastic in tools but I could probably live with that. :)

Anyway back on topic. Sorry to ruin your thread Terry.  :ahhh

Christ, do you guys ever get anything done, or just banter back and forth, on and on throughout the day?  ::)  :D

Appletree, I'll take your trade offer.  Your CT41 w/pouch for my Swisstool X w/Cordura pouch.  The Cordura sheath is the one with the brass snap.  I can take pics after work if you'd like.

I've never used the Swisstool, BTW.  I think I still have the box.

I wish I could just have a banter all day, but remember we're from the UK so we've been to crappy work for the day and have come home. I like to have a little banter, work is getting to me lately and I'd rather take my mind off things.

Right back on topic :twak:  Congrats on the trade you two

Yeah, I know--just kidding of course.  I like the timing, you guys really get going about the time I get back to work from lunch.  It gives me something to do on boring afternoons.

PM incoming, Appletree.
