I suspect it is a 75mm model.

Agreed. Small chance it could be a smaller 68mm model, but most of these were 75mm that I've seen.

The only scissors/manicure combination I have is an 84mm. The two sizes look enough alike to be hard to tell apart. My advice would be to email to seller.
