WTB Craftsman Professional Multi-Tool 45471

Looking for a reasonably nice example of this tool with sheath and the removable parts pictured below - the hexagonal driver that slips into the socket, and two reversible screwdriver bits.  (I'm looking for the Craftsman version in particular, not the virtually identical Schrade ST5E.)

Thanks for sending the eBay link, but I've already checked this one out and found that at least one of the screwdriver bits is missing.  I appreciate the heads-up, though!
