Thanks Kamakiri! You are right, black spring, blank main blade stamp.

I’d refine my previous answer from ‘73/‘74 to just ‘74. It’s clearer to me now. Can’t have parts fabricated in ‘74 if it was assembled in late ‘73, right?

By a pure strike of luck this beauty found it's path to me. 3 days of sanding and small repairs, and the oiling still ongoing.
The scissor gave me most of the headackes but i made them work again, and it's a pleasure to use it.
The horn scales are my first and i have to admit it was a little trial and error and i did made some mistakes during sanding/buffing
Nice 236H!

It’s early-mid ‘60s...maybe c.‘64? What material is the spacer next to the small blade? Aluminum or nickel silver(yellowish gold color)?

Well, I finally came across one of my holy grail SAK’s and I couldn’t be happier! I was always getting outbid on the horn SAKs, but Sunday everything just clicked right!

Are these scales original? I've never seen buffalo horn scales with the Victorinox badge.
Also, no T&T slots?
