Depends a lot on your magnet, I think. There are magnets, and magnets.
Hi Dragon, I have been using ball-detent bits for years. Also a magnetic handle Stanley driver with non-detent bits. I can tell you that the magnet in the Stanley will hold a double ended bit just fine. Even with the minimal bit to magnet contact of say a pointy Phillips. Plenty of grip. Depends a lot on your magnet, I think. There are magnets, and magnets. Try one of the wee magnets before you install it in the tool. Stick the magnet on the Cybertool with a gob of something. See if you can pick up the tool with the point of a screwdriver bit. You should get a good idea of the grip from that. I looked at your links. New company to me. I haven't bought bits in quite a while. Feel free to tell us your Cybertool experience. Welcome to the site. Best wishes. Gary (IMR)
It is as Gary says.I haven’t personally tried it, but get yourself some N52 Neodymium magnets and I think it will work fine.
