Used the straight pin I'm my Explorer plus to push out the small pins in order to shorten a new metal wristband for an old watch.

I used my Climber scissors to clip the tags off my wife's new shoes and my Rambler scissors to clip the tags off a new lawn chair.

I used the cap lifter of my Ranger to open the control panel of the mast climber I was working on today.
It was the end of the day and I had to reset a breaker so my SAK helped me get home somewhat on time.

I found a new use for the cuticle pusher this week, on my MiniChamp!

Plucking staples out from paper sheets, envelopes etc.....

I'm very glad for this finding and would love to share with you guys, since here in the office it's common to "loose" the proper appliance for that for other people; and some of you might find yourselves in the same need.

I have tried several tools in both the Vic Explorer and the Minichamp for that purpose. For most staples I am sticking with that Minichamp's nail cleaner. The pointy tip helps a bit, especially with the smaller ones. I use it almost everyday at office.

I've found the can opener/small screwdriver tool on 84/91/93/111 mm Vics to be great for staple removal.  I think the best approach with this tool is to go at the staple from the back, inserting the flat Phillips driver into one side of the staple (with the back of the can opener facing out), and then rotating the tool to bend that side of the staple to perpendicular with the paper.  Repeat for the other side, then pop the staple out.  Hopefully this makes sense; it takes a lot longer to explain than it does to do.

Ha! Great to hear your experiences too guys!

Climber today.

Can opener to tighten some philips screws at work, large blade to cut a piece of cake for dessert at lunch.

Used the Climber today. I actually used the parcel hook for its original purpose, to carry a parcel!  So much easier than juggling it under one arm while the other arm is carrying other things. I was so proud of myself for doing that so I celebrated and used the bottle opener on a bottle of Tiger Beer from Singapore.

Slow day. Nail file on the Compact's hook to clean up a nail. Scissors to cut out a coupon for cheap fast food dinner.

Today the panning of my Foscam camera broke and I couldn't turn it to the left anymore. Used the tiny screwdriver to open the cam. Don't know why, but then it started working again. Fixed the bottom again and my camera is panning again. Hooray for the tiny screwdriver!!!

Looks like a nice little work space. What kind of models do you build? I used to build scale military aircraft when I was younger.

Ive done planes, bikes, and ships, but mostly muscle cars, the last one I've done was so long ago, but I need to get back into something to get my mind cleared! I want to get into military, I don't know if you can see it in the pic, but there's two wooden ones behind the blue box, one is the titanic and one is a war ship, even the wife would like to get back into those 3D puzzles which I wouldn't mind also doing.. Oh, I too have some sprues waiting for me... And Tabletop Day is coming. Maybe I get a scenario together until then, we will play with some friends.

 :b2t:
I used the can opener of my Climber on a PC tower. Had to look which Motherboard and network card is installed, because my dad preferes to buy 'used, without manual or driver CD'.
