The cotton picker really does a good job on light weight plastics.

Figured out a great way to use the (massively underrated) parcel hook as a makeshift book-holder-opener-thingy for when the main one (in the back of the picture) is already being used. Currently, the Huntsman Lite is helping me write one of my historical linguistics PhD qualifying papers.

I used my Super Tinker to remove a splinter from my hand using the tweezers and the combo can opener to adjust the throttle on my leaf blower.  Very handy!

Today, I used the small blade on my Super Tinker to open my box of ammo.

Used the Super Tinker scissors to cut some package banding last night and the marlin spike on my Skipper to break down a cardboard box. I accidentally got my finger with the end of the spike. That smurfed.  :pok:

Actually from the other day, but the box cutter did a fine job relieving refreshments.

Noodle opening with Tinker.  Ordinary stuff.  I also used a Bijou to cut some strings off a pair of jeans from Goodwill.  Too exciting for a photo.  Don't want to over-stimulate anyone.  Don't you love clean $4.86 jeans that are already broken in?  Found a nice pair of khaki Dockers for the same price.  I looked in the goody cabinet up front.  I have bought 3 58mm Vics there for a buck apiece.  Also a nice Gerber EZ-out and an Ulu skinner.  Sold the Ulu.  Kept the others.  No knives today.  Best wishes.  G

Noticed my cell phone wasn't charging as fast as it usually does. It seemed the connection to the charging cable was less stable and flaky. I used my Explorer's magnifying glass to look at the phone's charging port and find some lint stuck in there. I used the toothpick to remove it. Now it charges back to normal.

Been there.  Done that.  Fixed it the exact same way.  I see you got your new user name, although I didn't see anything wrong with the old one.  Now all you need is to find a nice photo somewhere and use it for your avatar.  Best wishes.  Gary (IMR)

Used the Spirit BB to cut drywall tape. Also used it to open an oil filter package for an oil change. New registration also meant putting the sticker on the license plate and the Philips driver came in handy for that task.busy day, unfortunately no pics...

Mowing grass today.  Two long multi-flora rose vines drooped right in the way where I had to go.  Can't just duck down and drive under them.  These things grab hold of you and practically pull you off the mower.  Vic was on hand to nip them.  Order restored.  Best wishes.  G

My Dad's taillights on his car were not working.  I did a Google search and found the schematic which showed a relay that connected to the lighting system.  To get the relay out you needed to remove the glove box and then there were 3 screws that needed to be removed to pull the fuse panel down.

The front two I was able to get out with the screwdriver but the back screw was in a tight location and my Dad's limited tool box only had the one screwdriver which was too long.  I was able to use my Recruit can opener to remove the back screw out and get the panel down.  The relay had must had vibrated loose and was barely making contact, I pushed the relay back in and the taillights started working.  This was probably my most MacGyver moment I have had with my SAK!
