It's been a while since I've had occasion to use a multi's saw. And like you, I can't catch a break with the weather. I miss hot and dry conditions.

I don't use the saw on my SwissChamp all that often. But the times I have used it, it was sure handy as there weren't any other saws around.

Much the same with me. I rarely need a wood saw, but when I do, a multi wood saw is more than sufficient. That'll change if/when I start camping.

I even had a spontaneous need for the metal saw about a year ago at work. A piece of metal was sticking out of a mic clip. No wire cutters around, but the metal saw, then the metal file took care of it.

I still think wire cutters would be a great tool on a SAK. Same design as the pliers.

I have a pretty lightweight Stihl folding saw that fits in my back pocket--ever since I got it, I only sparingly use the wood saw, and that's typically only with the slim Lumberjack/Walker I bought specifically for being blade/saw when the "Walker" reissue came out several years back.  Same goes for the Junior 09--both are just bare-bones yard work knives that don't feel like a brick in cheap gym shorts.

At a buddy of mine's place today, I dragged my toolbox for some Torx bits I had, and ended using half the stuff in my own box.   Also, the Electrician went from tool roll to my pocket, and the awl and screwdriver were used. Once I got back home, it remained in my pocket ,and I opened my Hot Pocket with the wire stripper blade.

I used the saw on my Spirit to cut out a couple notches on a board that went up as a shelf behind our washer and dryer.

Saw use for me as well yesterday. I had to cut about an inch off the end of a dowel. No other saw available, but the one on my SwissChamp did the job quickly.

It was a team event today. Mag glass on the SwissChamp along with the pin and sharpened tweezers from the MiniChamp Plus mod to remove a metal splinter from my finger.

Did this about a week ago and forgot to post it then…

Used my Deluxe Tinker to replace my van’s trailer running lights fuse.  The Vic pliers are great for those small automotive fuses.

A long time ago I made one of those ranger beads things. Didn't use it much and used paracord and some beads I "borrowed" from my oldest doughter.. I thought it would be a fun hungover activity to do a new one. Used my new handyman to cut the cord and pliers

And before anyone notice, I can count to both 9 and 10 but I got a brainfart and put 10 skulls instead of 9.. But that's only make it one more cool.. Right?!  :twak:

The main blade on my Bantam was used to cut plastic sheeting for a spray paint project and the combo tool was used to open a couple items in the last few days.

In the past week, I've used the combo opener on my Bantam to open a beer bottle cap and also the Bantam blade to open two packs of hot dogs at a birthday party yesterday.

I used the scissors on my Super Tinker to cut some tags and the blade on my Bantam to cut a cucumber up at work for lunch.

Oh I’m feeling it! The litter box was stinking up the room a little so I put a fan in the window to get the smell out, but then the Mrs kinda liked the idea, so I took a ceiling tile and made it to fit, then took the fan apart so it would clamp on the tile, I cut a hole so it would fit and that sak worked perfectly, I then added a few pieces of cardboard to insulate it, and lastly added a mini roof and I think it came out good, but that sak worked good for cutting that hole! Here’s some pics,,

Honestly I don’t like beer, yet cooking with it is great, I believe the grov is chewing tobacco, thus the container,,
