I've been using the pen more and more lately.
The SAK Pen is great!
My gf thinks its too thin and too short...
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

Congrats! How are you enjoying the  (faux) Tele? They are the best guitars - rock solid and sweet sounding.

Love it! I got the Squier Classic Vibe 50s Tele which has a cult following in the tele-head forums.
http://www.fender.com/en-AU/squier/guitars/telecaster/classic-vibe-telecaster-50s-maple-fingerboard-butterscotch-blonde/
Sustain that goes for days, lovely tone. Now to improve the chops.

Sweet! Squier is hardly 'faux' though. My daughter plays a Squier strat which is very playable. My guitar for amny years was a Thinline Tele with 2 humbuckers which I loved. Great guitars. Good luck with the chops - practice makes perfect!

Used my climber to open some boxes at work.
Also pried an impeller off a pump.
Yeah, I work in marketing... But I am a woman of many talents.

What kind of pump?

Hot tub pump.

Sounds like I am in the wrong line of work.  :tu:

Shame about the title of this thread - as the useful info re the pen is not really related to the title  :(

Very common use for me this, but not so often with this knife.
I'm normally out and about with a 91mm or 93mm but its raining outside and a "speSmurfpillst" can be put into action at home.

You use your knives to hold jerky down a lot?

To be honest I didn't even know jerky floating away was that big a problem.  :pok:

I'm at my parent's house today for a family dinner.  My mother called me into the kitchen, pointed to some cans, and said, "Have at it".  She was using the can opener, and knows I've always got a SAK on me.  Pioneer for the win!  :)

Super Tinker,nice.

Have my eye on one since it is a lot like the Compact I want to build, without the part where I have to build it.

For me, I ended up with the Super Tinker replacing that modded Compact that you're talking about.  Turned the Compact into a Yeoman and tried that for a while, but again the Super Tinker won out for me.  I just like the dedicated openers better than the combo tool.

But you really have to get both so you can decide for yourself ;)

I just used the phillips on my Rogueneer to remove a couple screws holding a soap dispenser to the wall in a bathroom at work.  Then used it to install a new one.
