Decided to use my MiniChamp as a pen for the entire day yesterday.
I discovered it's a great conversation starter with patients.
One kid wanted one also but his parents said no. When he left after the examination and I said goodbye to his parents I told them about the toy Victorinox.
They liked the idea and went to the city to look for one :D

I like to use it too. Mostly for striking off things from the grocery list she gave me on the way  ::)

I've got a spare pen just in case.

Used my Spartan to open a box of Knipex hand tools

Got any pics of your Knipex tools  :tu:

Enjoy :)

 :ahhh

Not long ago I've got a 125 Plier wrench and love it. It's size is great for what I need most.
I might add a 150mm later on.

Im glad I went with the 150 to be honest, still easy pocket carry if one needed to.

I needed TWO swiss army knives for this task...or at least, parts from them.

Reaching for a nice dress shirt to wear for Easter Supper, I realized that the shirts I'd picked up from the dry cleaner were sans collar stays- those little plastic tabs that slide into the slots in the underside of shirt collars that don't button down. If your collars don't button, the ends can easily curl up like a pair of gull wings on either side of your neck, making you look foolish in a business shirt.

Y-yikes!

So I grabbed my Camper and Champion, took the toothpicks out of them, and slid them into those tiny sleeves behind my collar tips, and voi la. Nice straight collars for the day.

1. Used the awl on my Spirit to puncture holes on both sides of mailbox to run zip tie through two holes so it is able to open/close freely.

2. Used the saw on my Spirit to cut down dead branches on tree that Mrs. TJ removed from the yard.

3. Used the pliers on my Spirit to take down old brackets and put up new ones for a new set of blinds in one of our living room windows.
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

I might be crazy but it's kept me from going insane- Waylon Jennings

The silver tech are great scales and excellent for an Explorer! Requires seeing them in person to appreciate their beauty.

It must be over 20 years ago when I used the corkscrew for its intended purpose last time

I'm driving my MTB all season to kinda get/stay fit... like aging men do
Anyhow, I removed the light last week as I had some days off and drove in bright daylight.

Today I did some needed maintenance and wanted to put the light back on. I struggled to get that rubberring back into its place with my fingers. Those rubberrings are very stiff and wriggle off the fingers at the last moment always.

Then I remembered that often neglected tool hidden on the backside of those modern style SAKs  :D  and gave it a try.
And it was very useful  :tu:

Hooked it in, pulled it into place, turned it around and let the rubberring slip in.

Repaired a Business trolley. The torx bit on the XLT was needed to fix the screws in the handle of the trolley.
