I used the pliers on my Spirit to pick up a blown speaker cover off the ground at church yesterday..
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

At Xmas dinner, the electric pepper grinder was malfunctioning. Used my Executive and Original Traveller to (try to) fix it.

Used the bottle opener to lift up the back of my new retro alarm clock stand for the Google Mini so I could put the cable in.

The paper face of the clock popped off and needed a little glue to reattach to the body.

Needed the sak scissors to trim that one goatee hair that kept trying to sneak around the corner and into my mouth and drive me nuts, snip!

Seriously! Makes you look funny since your making wacky faces trying to move it, or sticking your tongue out to push it and get it out of the way. I swear these irritating ones grow 10x faster just to get on your nerves, cause since I cut that other one, one more just came out of nowhere!

Well when I moved to Georgia 16 years ago, I lucked out at the Walmart there on an overage stock on the Gerbers...$5.00 in the blister pack  :sa:
So not the one to pass up a good deal...I bought 4 of them. Gifted two to friends at work and then gave one to my son...he kinda laughed, but toook it. Well, why the chuckle then? Then he tells me why...
1. The Gerber opens faster but only for the plyers
2. When both are open, the Rebar allows instant access to the tools. The Gerber doesn’t.
3. The replaceable cutters on the Rebar, the Gerber doesn’t (on this one)
4. The tools open away from you on the Rebar, the Gerber doesn’t and the handle can get in the way.
