I used the little flathead screwdriver on my classic SD like a scrapper. I was cleaning out the drink holder in my car and there was a dime that was immovable. It must have had something sticky on the back of it and it had become stuck to the plastic. I couldnt get my fingernail under it but my trusty classic SD saved the day

Used the pliers on my Swisschamp to remove a small nail from a caster wheel on one of the work carts. The small blade on a small zip tie and the scissors on a large zip tie. It took a few tries but it finally made it through. The inline Phillips driver to loosen a cable clamp. Love carrying the Swisschamp at work; no going back and forth for different tools, everything is right there on my hip.

It was yesterday, but still - used both my 111mm SAKs - Forester and Work Champ to fix a bathroom light.

It’s a pretty cheap one - like 10$, we bought it at Jysk store, it’s supposed to be held in place via included suction cups on your bathroom mirror, though one of the suction cups turned out to be slightly torn on the edge and of course one day the entire lamp fell down on the floor.
It refused to turn on after taking a fall, so I decided to find out what might be the problem.
Turns out the battery compartment went loose because of the fall - only held in place on hot glue…

Disassembled, glued battery contacts in place via epoxy, assembled back and works like a charm. Waiting for the replacement suction cups set to put it back to good use - really helps while I’am shaving or my wife puts on her makeup

Also used my most beloved and probably most used long Phillips on a Work Champ. This time to assemble a DIY clock and test it on a previously made DIY regulated power supply.

P.S.: I triple checked everything and the clock seems to be assembled right - no shorts and such, but since it’s a cheap constructor thing it takes a few hours for it to change time one minute plus. If any of you guys have any ideas why - those would be greatly appreciated.
Everything else apart from the clock (temperature reading and so on) seem to work flawlessly. I blame quartz oscillator and plan on replacing it, but maybe I should also replace ICs…

The Philips screwdriver from my Spirit was used to take the air conditioner out of the window and put it away for the season.
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

Update: I fixed it though it’s not as easy as 1-2-3 for some - the firmware on the main chip of the clock was malfunctioning and I needed to buy a special cable and upload a custom firmware with fixes… on a clock, yes. I can’t believe that too, but that’s what I did and it works as it should now

I’m currently traveling in Africa right now, over the past month my SAK (obviously a Hiker model) has been used to repair the underside of my vehicle (Phillips) after rough roads tore it up.
Has also opened about 100 of the local Club beers, cut fruit, and today I used it to trim some loose threads on a shirt.
Loving my first SAK!
