Ordered 12/15 when they were "temporarily out of stock."  Received yesterday 12/26.  Amazon is awesome.

Was going to jump on one at $53.50 and now they are $75. Bummer.

Y'all that got 'em for $43.50 got a ridiculous deal.

I got one back in July for $46. At that price, or the slightly better price you guys got, they ARE an absolute bargain. The only time I have been more pleased with price/quality is buying a little keychain Sheffield 12010 for $3 at a pawn shop. And that was used.

If you ever see the Spirit X under $50, I say jump on it. You will not be disappointed.

I got one back in July for $46.

I think I got in either on that deal or a similar one on Amazon.  With 3 Spirits already, its not like I needed another, but when the shipped price gets down in the $40's it hard not justify adding a tertiary backup.  One never knows when the first 3 Spirits will get lost or stolen, right?

That really was a terrific deal I got a couple when they were $59 minus $10 = $49 back in February 2012. I thought I would tuck them into the cars. A high quality tool that if it "disappeared" would not have been too big of an investment....mad though I might be.

I never did that, but the younger daughter took one of them off to college.
