I have gotten heavily into Gerbers lately, as i found out when checking my Tooldrawer.

As of today, i own
1 Crucial, torn apart, another one in the mail
1 Recoil
1 Freehand, BO
1 Bluntnose BO MP 600 (has been EDC for years)
1 MP 600 pro Scout i swapped in a Bluntnose head with carbide cutters (EDC)
1 MP 600 which now holds the ProScouts Needle Nose head
1 Needlenose MP 600 with diamond file and Awl
3 part/repair MP 600s
1 BO MP 600, T3 Movie edition
1 defective Strata I´ll have to send in

apart from the tools i own a Gerber 1aa flashlight and a BG pocket sharpener

my first MT was an old multiplier say around 1996 or 1997. (non-locking blades)
Lost it overboard while in the navy.

bought another gerber in 97 or 98 to replace the lost one, and it had the rem-grit blade exchanger and scissors. (lost that one while working on my Radar)

I had a suspension, but it was heavy considering how short the blades are. sold it to a friend who loved it.

now all I have is a 600 with replaceable wire cutters. (sent my old one in that had a broken file) I like it, but I personally prefer Leatherman.

The amazing part is I think Chako is a humble person, and though he loves sharing pictures of what he has, he in no way seems to show it off in a way that belittle others. Chako even said to me "Nice collection"

to me that is the amazing part of Chako's collection, his polite attitude about it.

I've had others and gave them away, most notably a Mr Pinchy, a Suspension and a Flik. I think traded the Flik, just can't remember what for.

Despite my fairly well known thoughts on gerber. I do own two a EAB and a dime. The EAB does get a fair amount of use when stage crewing.
