Leatherman Charge Tti issue/Question

Hello everybody

Just a quick one my leatherman charge pliers on one side wont lock (for lack of a better word). Just wondering if you guys have come across this before. Does it just need tightening or is it FUBAR. Cheers in advance for your help/replies
