Well Photobucket decided to do a Beta trial and I cant switch back. When I try and use MY,MY,MY own photos I cannot copy IMG URL. I'm sure there is a way around this, but im not tech savvy, and I was just about to post some pictures.

I just had the same problem. When I go back it just takes me to the new version again

I liked the fact that in the old version you could just hover over a picture and copy the link.

Now you need to select share, get a menu, click on the link... then go back to the next picture and so on....  Stupid and pointless for my use.

I even signed up with Flicr, but that looks even more complicated...
Hopefully they will sort it out.

Not at all, I hate it too. Thankfully when I log in it's remembering I've told it to default to the old set up

Scratch that, now I'm locked into the Beta version too

Tried switching back to the original, a popup menu appears to tell them the reasons why, and ... i'm back into beta   Tried it several times. Nothing yet.

Yeah that's what I got. I also find the new site to be far slower - probably as it trying to figure out why it's not connected to Felchbook and all the all the other "social" parasites

I have a Flikr account too and although it can be a little long winded, it's a good service. I reached my number of free pics, hence opening the Photophucket one as well.

Hey Cap, I had the same problem, I logged on through Google Chrome and had no problems, give that a try.

Oh thats annoying,  why do companies bloody well 'upgrade' things to worse versions.

Ok I tried usng the new stupid interface and wtf were they thinking.  I used to be able to click on a few pictures, then get the links for all the ones selected.  Cant do that now unless there is a trick I cant see.

When you select a picture there are 4 (I THINK) options on the far right. You left click the img one and your good to post now. It throws in the [img][img\] tags automatically

Lucky, i'm still stuck with the Beta

Just had to deal with this myself a few minutes ago. Stupid upgrades. And even down the road when it becomes more familiar, it still looks like it will take several more "clicks" to link a photo than it used to.
