According to my very fast research - no. It's made by One Step Ahead, not by Victorinox. It's like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Victorinox-Childrens-Bambino-Swiss-Army/dp/B000VY2Y8Q
I didn't see that Victorinox sells toys, but the "authorized" dealer sells this toy on this account on Amazon (the toy is produced by Klein)
Also have a look here http://forum.multitool.org/index.php?topic=23114.0 .

Real Victorinox knife? No, as said before. Permitted use of the brand Victorinox? Yes! I have one and the box even gives the contact address of Victorinox. It's a cooperation between Theo Klein tools and Victorinox. :cheers: I own a different one... This is made by another manufacterer. Sorry!

Now, I have a question. There's no need to open a new topic, I can ask here:

Real?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Victorinox-Swiss-Army-Traveler-Red-Set-Mulitool-Maglite-Ruler-Compass-/360547120148

It looks like a Traveller (http://www.smartknives.com/Victorinox-Knives/Victorinox-Traveller.htm),
but the Traveller did not have a keyring...  ???

It's actually a Huntsman, I think.
You should seriously visit vicfan.com. All the hoopy froods are doing it.

By the description and list of tools, I'd say so too (maybe with plus scales as he lists a pen and pin too). Also, the old Traveller didn't have a hook.

@IoNForce

We have a much better in house library of SAKs. Much more information is stored at sakwiki.com

According to: http://www.sakwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page=Climber it seems to be the original Traveller, but still one thing doesn't fit in;
Quote
An earlier model known as the Traveller (1.3702/54591) did not include the keyring (and no hook, as it was not invented yet).
The keyring is a major problem here. It couldn't be a Huntsman, because all Huntsman variations have a saw.

It isnt't the traveller, by the pic I'd say the Climber, but if you read the description of the ebay listing, you'll see a saw among the tools.
