help needed!!!!!

Wondering if someone can give me some advice???
 can i use plastikote on my sidekick handles to protect them or will it cause rust to build up under the coating of paint??

Bazz I reckon the real trouble will be getting the paint too adhere to your sidekick's stainless steel surface. Leatherman can't get paint to stick to them either  . Various people have tried Duracoat(a paint designed for stainless steel metal & used predominately on firearms) & there is also Cerakote coating LM has applied to the Fuse + other people have had success using Cerakote on MTs  .

If you can get it too stick & stay it should not rust
