6 available, guys. So we can ALL get one. Stay calm!

It also says '2 sold'.

Selling price was $179

I think this is simply someone's typo, instead of actual insanity.

EDIT: Crap, Bruce beat me to it.

The seller has a bunch for way too much.  Check it out.

Outrageously high prices AND lots of negative feedback - how can I resist ?

How about an $8,453.40 Leatherman Micra???  Don't you have to pay a percentage of what your asking price is whether you sell it or not?

Not on ebay US.  Seller fee is assessed based on the final sale price.

Definitely something weird going on with this seller, according to one buyer feedback:
Quote
Bought for 49.38 paypal. Payment returned item unavailable. Now on for 8,454.21

As mentioned by Landrew, some kind of money laundering scam is the only explanation I can think of.

Ok I've seen this before with other sellers that I contacted about it. Instead of pulling the eBay add due to lack of inventory, the seller increases the price to where you won't buy it, they hope. If you do, they refund they money and carry on. It's just a way around the eBay system of charging for sales and such.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?
