You're welcome here anytime!  I have an XLT in my bucket list of Vics to get.  I love the big SAKs.  I know there's some belt hanger users here who like carrying the Champs in their pockets.  I use a sheath for my regular Swisschamps.

The XLT is my standard SAK. Almost anything can be done with this one.

I couldn't get any pics but I used the pliers and tweezers on my Swisschamp to work a zip tie through a tight spot the SOG Powerlock pliers wouldn't fit in.  It's mighty difficult to too the mighty Swisschamp!

Thanks a bunch! That's also how I carry my SC daily (albeit in an old iPod sock) hanging from a belt hanger. I posted some photos of it in another thread; I can't date it for the life of me because it has no crimpers on the pliers yet the cap lifter has the half-stop. So I figure it's from somewhere in the mid 90s (it was my uncle's before me). It's my first and absolute favourite SAK I own.

It reminds me of my second Swisschamp, which I dated to 1992ish because of the hook, pliers, etc.  I love the older SAKs.

Here's my latest SC with my (scintillating...) Sunday morning reading. Here it is holding the book open; although, as far as book quality goes, the publisher Winter Heidelberg makes some of the best quality books I've ever owned.

Thank you for that! Do you know by any chance, if these scales are the solid ones? Also, it seems like this one weighs ~190g whereas the others I have are ~186 (if that helps).

Yes they are solid.  There's a noticeable difference in the weight between the older version and a brand new one I have.  The solid scales show some wear but I wouldn't change them out.
