Nice ones folks.
Ever since someone mentioned that a SAK is not a self-defense tool, I've been considering this combo.
I just have to remember which is the safe handle.

AWESOME COMBO........  8) :like:

But ,Lisa.... as yer "INTRO-NETTAGE Buddy" , May I recommend the Spyderco PM2 as a "self defense" knife/tool/aid  8)
I honestly think , ITSHTF / Heat of the moment situation , That knife is going to harm/hurt/hinder you more than help....too much thinkin'.... , muscle memory/ease of use is the way to go there
once ya get the Spydie hole opening down,  the "Spydie Flick" is as fast as a AUTO knife IMPO. :D
side note PLUS -  the lock on the PM2 keeps your fingers out of the blades travel path - AKA the lock is on the spine - Compression Lock

Diggin' that Butterfly tho.....TELL US MORE!!!  :ahhh :ahhh 8)

Balisong is made by Korth, I believe Rick Lala, I'll have to research that again, I've had it for a while now.
I know all about the Spydie drop, big fan of the PM2, Matriarch, and the like.  :tu:

I like a lot of makers, Ernest Emerson, Chris Reeve, Rick Hinderer, Spyderco, SOG, Leatherman, Busse, Scott Cook, just to name a few, but my heart belongs to my first knife, the Camper, so Victorinox bring me the most joy.
