Alox and Titanium

(Image removed from quote.)

Sent from my Redmi Note 5

Now, for the quizz:

Is that little one a boxcutter?

Regular model from regular brand or did you DIY?

The 58mm, are they a Classic and Minichamp?

Modded them yourself, along with the blue Cadet/Pioneer?

 :pok: :pok:  :D :D

All the items you see in the picture are either full stock or modded by yours truly.

Stock:
Titanium box cutter - search for Fura knife on GB
Mijia metal signature pen

Modded:
Pioneer Electrician X with Titanium scales - bought the scales from a Portuguese SAK modder over on a FB group (I can send you the details by PM if you wish). I performed the torx conversion.
Alox Vagabond - I performed the Philips screws conversion.
Slim 64GB flash drive with alox scales - I performed the Philips screws conversion.
These two 58mm are the result of the split from a previous mod. This way, I can awlways have my flash drive, no matter which 58mm I choose to go along with on any given day.
Last but not least, the LM PS4 - removed all the tool since I awlready carry a couple of SAK's with me everyday.

I guess this covers awl the questions you had?
Did I Miss Anything ?

Sent from my Redmi Note 5

Yup, thanks for awl the info!

 :salute:

I should look into that torx conversion, so I can make a customizable SAK for different occasions. Do you swap tools in a regular base or do you keep it as it is? I tried looking around for those screws but probably can only get them over the interweb...

  :tu:

Awlso...

That's what sh... huh... I mean... Miss Anything!

Do you mean the 93mm or the 58?
Cause for the 93mm, you'll need screws plus pivots, not to mention, enlarge the holes of awl the tools and springs. And, in the end, assembling is not particularly easy. Also you're limited by the pivots length.
I did it mainly to be easier to do a deeper maintenance or future mods.
Now, for the 58, since the screws are the pivots, the most troublesome will be done just once, where you need to countersink the scales and bevel a set of nuts.
Swapping tools and assembly is quite easy, and if you need a thicker or thinner SAK, you just need to have longer or shorter screws.

Skinth small Shield. My favorite solution for carrying anything over 3 layers :tu:
With 5 layers there's still room for a Fenix E01 and a Ferro rod. SwissChamp fits snug but has to ride by itself. Highly recommend

Very cool!  I think of prefer that to the hook on the Compact. So this is a three layer?  Switch in a combo tool,  and that would be awesome.

Either one. That would require some tools I don't have (not to mention the skill/ability). I'll leave it for when I find a SAK in really bad shape, so I can work on it without fear of ruining it.
