That looks very interesting Northman - what does the quality feel like to you? Is there any play in the tools?

Nice looking SAK variation in any case.

hi

yes, there is some small play in some functions, it is difficult to open some functions, but oil helps, it is what it is a knockoff type still i find it interesting to learn from, the main blade is solid and no play, i will have to touch up the edge , it will probarbly get a good sharpness, i wonder about the symbol, by the looks on the surface of the tools it should have age to it,...maybe the round phillips is not a giveaway since if this is from the 1980s i would be surprised, well, it is a cheap knife..

thanks, i touched up the edge as yes it woke up and it fairly sharp, about the play.
no play against the springs, most functions is ok, a few functions got sideways play, not much...the springs is large and rather strong, still it lacks precision and finish :)
