Love Swiss Champs but need a new family photo since this one is dated and doesn't show all the SCs...

SwissChamp and Accutron Spaceview. Don't know why, but I like these two, together. :)

What types of wood are used?

Here is what I found:
1.6794.69 Bubinga
55076.US1 (WWP) Bubinga (?)
1.6791.60 Rosewood
1.6791.63 (HardWood) Walnut
1.6791.L16 (Gotardo LE) Luxurious Walnut
1.6795 (Champion+Classic Duo Set) Rosewood

Some dealers describe the 1.6794.69 as larch, Victorinox 2009 says "hardwood" and the page is removed from their web-site. I am not certain about the word "luxurios" of 1.6791.L16, probably it is some sort of a dealer's marketing term.

I put mine on sale  :D The magnifier and the fish scaler are useless for me, they just add to the thickness. The Handyman is replacing it :)

I use them all the time just not for fishing  :D
The magnifier is very handy for
metal splinter finding on my hands
And use the scaler for removing
springs on exhaust pipes for my bike  :tu:

I use the fish scaler to draw cut lines for the saw, and have actually used the mag glass to start fires, although it took a bit of fiddling.  I use it mostly for finding tiny screws in watches, etc.

I'm considering joining the club.....for Fast Bill and Barry's pending challenge.

I have serous misgivings about this enormous tool. Looks heavy.

Would I need to check with my doctor before trying to EDC one of these behemoths?
