Are Alox hollow rivets different diameter to solid pins?

I picked up this pair (red Elinox Settler and green Solo) on eBay and am thinking of using the red scales to wrap around a Farmer's toolset and some brass liners to make a repro old skool red cross farmer. But is the hollow rivet bigger diameter than normal pins?



or I could pull apart my $10 Elinox pioneer and use those scales for the Farmer mod then combine the tools from the pioneer with the Green Solo and a pair of scissors for a green Urban Pioneer.



That way I can keep the Elinox Settler complete...

I took apart 1 hollow rivet SAK and the hole was 3.5 mm I think. For sure bigger but I dont know if they all were made that way.

Those are from Canada right? I bought 4 sets of those from the same seller a few months ago.  They got re-anodized and look nice now.  They keep popping up so he much have a bunch.

Here are some that I got.



One is blue now, and the other will be red.
