That's nice looking. How do you think that little serrated blade would be for all around light duty stuff?

It's nice but since the tip is rounded it can be hard to fit it into tight places.

The biggest weakness I can see with the big 111's is that the main blade is awfully big and may raise eyebrows if used in a "knife sensitive" place. Having a second smaller knife blade is good for those types of situations.

Scaring and/or pissing off the sheeple is a good way to get knives banned so IMHO it would behoove us to at least think about what we do.

Giving in to them can also have the same effect. d to the idea that knives are a utility tool and that not everyone that carries a knife is a murderous lunatic, then we'd have less people whining and coming up with restrictive laws!

I've often wondred how the gut hook would work as a rescue blade. I feel the non OH 111mm blades could benefit greatly from a scagel teatment.

I remember taking part in a thread about this either on here or over at SOSAK forums  I dont think the gut hook blade would make a very good rescue blade as its too short and doesnt lock . It would do in a pinch if that was all you had on you . Anythings better then nothing .
