PowerDuo poor quality--is it just mine?

I posted a link on the SOG facebook page on the 27th of October, asking them to have  a look at this thread and see if they could sort their product out.

Today I got a reply from them:

SOG Knives: I will definitely forward these concerns to our design and engineering team for review. Thanks for the heads up.

Received mine few weeks ago – thanks Travis – but didn’t have time to check it since yesterday. What can I say… very disappointed with it. Don’t have issues with scales, but the lock button of the tools (main blade has separate lock) is impossible to move with one finger its very tight. Actually to unlock the opened and locked tool I have to start opening another one and only after that I can release the lock.

The main reason that has kept me away from the PowerDuo is that the tools aren't interchangeable with the rest of the line. That's why I like my PPP so much!
