Hello -

I'm new to this forum, or forums like this.  I am an old hand on mobile technology forums with the same user name, however.

I recently found a couple of my old SAKs from when I was a kid (an old Angler and Fisherman), and an alox Electrician from about 15 to 20 yrs ago (guess, it has a silver cross on it and that seems to be the approx. vintage after a little reading.)

Figured I'd join (at Zag's suggestion) and maybe sell my stuff and get a couple new SAKs if I can.

That's about it.

Hi all!  Thanks for making me feel welcome.  I'm definitely a multi-tool newbie. 

I've loved them and had them for years, but really never thought too much about the various options.

I'm an attorney and go in and out of courthouses most days.  So, I'm limited with what I can carry with me.  That being said, my usual keychain has either a Leatherman Micra, or a SAK Classic.  (I'm waiting to receive a Victorinox Rambler from ebay later this week.)

I'd really love one of the colored alox Ramblers, but I'm not (yet ;)  ) willing to spend that much for my keychain EDC.

When I have scout activities with my son, I usually get the chance to carry something a bit larger.  I just picked up a simple black Victorinox Spartan for those days.

I'm partial to the colored alox Victorinox knives.  I think I may look to sell or trade some of what I have (limited collection) for a couple of those sweet tools.  :)
