Wave tr torx pivot screw and post

Is there a common alternative/substitution for a perfect replacement of the wave pivot screw and post that mostly everyone uses and where to get the correct ones? Can't find any

I'm not sure why you need them (maybe you have ruined some? with proper bits you can unscrew them easily).

I've never used it, but it seems to have many pieces you may need.
