Replacment bushings

Just wondered if anyone has advice on replacment bushings, i damaged 2 through my own fault and wondered what others use in their place???

I have a Jewelers lathe standing around somewhere... Not that i could use it with my clumsy hands..

Edit: And to keep on topic, if anybody ever finds a bag full of bushings for Vic 91`s, I´d be in for a handful...
