I had fun with some 58mm used saks!! I made old patina white ash and used copper electrical wire as rivets.I think it turned out great for a beginner.

I thought it would be nice to give some tips from my small experience with the small 58mm.
I found that the original brass bushing is a good base for a nice round rivet heads...plus, it help for a beginner in peening to have that ''extra'' mm from the bushing to prevent hit the scales much.

Another tip is reinforcing the scales by reusing the bushing to make a vintage looking SAK or maybe replace the broken scale of an old apparent rivet 58mm
