That is super awesome!

That’s the hook from Bioshock: Infinite, right?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That's the one.

It took me about 3 weeks to put together
The hooks rotate, but not by motor, didn't have time.

She wears the Elizabeth costume when she carries it.
I finished the Hellboy samaritin a couple of months ago
Its huge
And I made a Hellboy big baby as well, again huge.

Other toys include predator spear and forearm weapons, they extend when you pull a hidden lever.
Swords and other cool stuff
I like a challenge.

In my spare time, I build wood clocks
Not just faces, but the mechanisms are all wood as well.

Being an engineer and tool maker by trade, I get bored in my office job
So I need something to occupy my hands.

Very cool. I do like these replica props (from films, tv or games).

A lot of time and effort goes into researching them and the end results are amazing :tu:

Very nice work!  :tu:

I am a huge supporter of cosplay, although I don't do it myself.  No one wants to see a fat, middle aged Batman.

  Isn't Batman middle-aged?  :pok:

I think you will find that he is now an octogenarian.

I love the ways threads take here...:-)
I do like your woodwork and must admit my skills end far before anything as intricate would come out of my attempts.
I did buy a Nerf Gun just for modding purposes on one of those bored weekends, though.
Since I have 3 small kids I sometimes wonder what "bored" ever meant?!
I still have the Gun, maybe I´ll get round to do something to it someday - And I´m sure my Dremel will come in handy then.

300 series. Basically the cheapest decent one you can get. This is almost all of my accessories minus the sanding head. That somehow ended up getting misplaced. I found it beside where the case was laying.

Case (and the silver collets) did not come with it. It went to an older model my Dad had. He broke the handle off the case, and threw the case in the back of the farm shop.  The small plastic box the 300 came with to hold the tools it came with did nothing to store the accessories. Especially given how many I had from older Dremels. Besides, I couldn't store the Dremel--for years I used the packaging (and my grandparents still do, with their identical model) The thin liners in the accessory set cases are useless and you have to put the blisters back on the top of them to keep their contents from getting lost.  This one has room for everything in it.

A fuse box works great to hold my cutting heads--except the diamond one (which is much larger diameter). I lost my wrench, AGAIN!. Had to use the pliers of my Surge and a small screwdriver to put the cutting blade in the shaft, and to insert the whole tool into the Dremel and lock the chuck.

Dremel club apprentice reporting  :salute:

Bought me a Dremel recently. Should have bought one years ago, now that I have it I can't imagine how I survived without it all that time :D

Just wandering upon this thread, what a clever shield this is! :like:   I didn't know how fragile some of the dremel disk until once broken and exploded.  Lucky I was wearing eye protection, but still freaky me out a little.

Never realized that there was a Dremal club here.  Got my first many, many years ago.
I certainly wish I could outfit a shop with all the goodies that they've come out with over the years.

I so could use a mini shop, I have one of their carry cases with a vice but to have like a mini shop outfitted with mini tools would be great! Before we moved and I didn’t have any room, all I had was a mini shed I made a special bench simple 4ft x 2ft, but it had a square cut out in the middle, and it had special pieces that excepted diff hand tools, like a circular saw, it then mounted into the bench and turned it into a table saw, same with a jig saw, router, and a belt sander, one other unique thing I did was the wiring for it, I put a 3way on the front and the outlet on the back, also a foot peddle so power came in the 3way, fed the top outlet, if you turned it off which you didn’t it flipped down and just fed the foot switch which felt the lower outlet, of course I put a slap emergency off before anything, there’s something similar like at the beginning of this subject that I posted,,

Yeah those kits are nice.  I like the bottle guard a lot and will be making one for myself as well.  Those disks can be shrapnel.  I always wear hand and eye protection as I've had one break off and scare me.

I received my Fliks today.
The one I opened had a couple of issues. The lock tab nubs had very sharp edges, and hurt my fingers to unlock tools, because the lock tab springs are ridiculously strong. So I used the Dremel to chamfer the edges a little. Now I can push them with no pain. :tu:
I also loosened the pivots, and used some WD40 to get the blades to actually open with one hand.
