I don't want to piss on your bonfire Rob, but I'm sure there's a non-CC X version
The numbered ones x/199 from the Military series also have the cap crimpers. http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,18674.msg609268.html#msg609268I'm not sure either if there's a non CC BO X model out there. If I find one, I'll let you know.

I have more than 6 but those are the collection, the others are users.
I really like the build quality and sturdiness of the SwissTools. However, it drives me mad that there's no version which includes scissors and both the serrated and the plain blade.
The only drawback is that the serrated blade replaces the file
The SwissTool RS - VT 3.0326 N (called Swisstool II on Victorinox's official site) actually does include scissors and both the serrated and straight-edge blades. The only drawback is that the serrated blade replaces the file, but it does fit the specifications you're looking for. It's a great tool.
