Wenger with locking serrated and non locking ns blade?

I have a 85mm wenger with a locking serrated blade and a non locking plain blade, both full sized. In addition it has opener layer, scissors, owl, corkscrew and a nail file opposite the locking serrated blade. Any idea what this knife is?

Yep, as that one.  Was someones user knife in the past, the scales are jacked but the knife is in ok condition.

Rare huh?  Hmmm
