Info wanted on Vic Alox Cadet blue/black/orange/red

So I'm on holiday in Germany these days and I found a local knife shop where they have some Vic Cadets in blue/black/orange/red with a nice leather pouch and a gift box (like the ones in the link below).

My question to you gents (and ladies), are these things worth 45 Euro's, or should I save my money for something better.  I have no idea if these are "rare" or collectable at all, I only know I've never seen them in a shop in Belgium.  So I could use some help from you guys  .

SwissKnife in Lausanne has them for 40 Euros (plus shipping), so the price is fairly reasonable.

Not sure about their rarity, but they are a special run that is not normally available. Big question is - Do you like them?

I think reading somewhere that 5000 of each color were made.

Central Valley Wholesale has them for $30 to $38 each. Don't know what shipping would be to Europe.

I'm in Germany untill tomorow evening, so I still have some time to think about it.
I do like them, but I'm not sure about paying half te price of a Vic Spirit for them ...  .

(I tend to use a Spirit as kind of a currency measurement ...   )

Beside the color, the nice thing about those is the lack of a keyring.  The added expense on account of the pouch and box are the reason I haven't jumped on them though.  The blue, orange, and green ones would be the ones to get if you decide to splurge.  Red and black are more generally availalble.

The old man shop in Amsterdam has these on sale for 25 euro. I got myself a blue one last week.
