My first Wenger

I had a little surprise in the post today

Benner sent me a new in box Wenger Soldier

So

THANKS BENNER !

This is my first ever Wenger

And I'm very impressed with it .Theres nothing between it and a Vic equivelant apart from the Wengers bale ring and I'll let you know how I get on with it .

Leave the dents as they are- let your belongings show their scars as proudly as you do yours.

Its now gone in my pocket in place of my Climber

and what with the Sog now going for belt trials

I need to find a pocket for a Victorinox

Its been many years since they havnt featured in my EDC .

So, the only difference from the Vic and Wenger Soldiers is that the Wenger has a bail? I remember in 1995 I had a Wenger Soldier with a bail. I also remember losing it in 100 foot of water!

There's a few subtle differences between the Vic Soldier,and Wenger SI,besides the bail,the Wenger's blade also has a fulller belly.
