Greece. Ordering from ebay I'm worried about Authenticity, Condition of item, and shipping costs.

The silver Wenger version is still available.  Other than that a pioneer or secondary market Vic Soldier is available.  Swiss Bianco also sells the Pioneer without the keyring in special colors (pretty much a soldier with a Vic Shield).

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Is there any way to add a keyring on the cadet LE?

Nope, they are limited in that they have no keyring.

:p

You might want to look at a Wenger Traveler or EVO 16, they are 85mm, but with scissors (cellidor sides though).  A great knife!  There is also a brushed stainless version, and a Metal 50 version.  There are also some excellent modders in the EU who could add scissors to a cadet if you wished.

I thought limited meant the 5 colours and leather pocket they come with, not the absence of a keyring. I would really like to have this on my keys :( Any other way to do that?

There are other color cadets with keyring (the normal nonlimited ones).  Unfortunately, you will pay a premium for those as they were from the past, except the red and black cadets which are still available from various sources.  Ebay and Amazon will show some if you look around, maybe some sites in the EU as well.

:p

The 2012 limited colored cadets (no keyring) come with special packaging and a leather case.

Other cadets come with no special packaging and a keyring.  Over the years there have been many colors of normal cadets produced, but some of them are hard to find and expensive.  Red and black ones are relatively common and can still be bought at normal (silver) prices.  For example I bought 6 red ones around Xmas time for $17.50 each.

Cheers

For example:

You might be able to find a cheaper one if you look around.

And a cheaper black Pioneer:

It seems that they don't ship to the EU, but you can always ask, or propose a trade on the forum.  I know some USA folks would love a black Farmer!
