Would have voted for the one I don't have (Explorer), but not on your list so voted for what I have. Although no Rangers listed either.

I love my Trekker. (Not one-handed opening.)
But, I just bought a sapphire blue Camper, so the Trekker might get some competition this summer.

I voted woodsman, I know there has been more than one knife called that but I am talking about an explorer with a saw added on or a huntsman with the mag layer added, whichever way you want to look at it. The woodsman is great, it's like an explorer for camping.

For out in the wilds my No. 1 choice would have to be the Rangergrip 90

SwissChamp, hands down. Even backpacking, where weight is an issue which it is not when car-camping. 10 miles from the road I have a great variety of tools. Used most : blade, scissors, saw.

that's a nice one Hank what moddel is it ?

This is a mod. I merged a orange black Vic Hunter XT (european version) with a Vic Soldier 08. Added Tweezers, Needle and Toothpick. But Meanwhile I exchanged phillips with corkscrew.

However, for me it's very good.

A next (and final?) improvement will be, add a hook with nail file to blade or saw layer. (I have one backspring from the soldier, but can't remember which was right)

I voted Farmer because with the alox scales it's easy to clean. I often take a trekker, but farmer is my vote for utility vs weight and being easiest to clean.'

***Added**** And I don't need the toothpick because that's what sticks + knife is for and I'll carry some tweezers on my keychain with the flashlight anyway.

I voted OHT.

I think the farmer is excellent, and if I had to count ounces carefully, I'd gothat way, but seeing as how the One Hand Trekker is the civvie version of the knife issued to LOTS of infantry, I feel that it's a well tested design for rugged outdoor use, and since the Farmer is basically the PREVIOUS soldier knife plus a saw... it's also well tested.

I really like the locking flat head driver on the 111mm frame as a light pry tool.

I wouldn't dis any SAK in the wild, and have even seen ultralight hikers just go with a classic.
