Farmer for me.

I save it for special occasions. Its never seen one day of work and it never will:)

I also carry a good combination of other tools and fixed blade knife in my bag.

Farmer.   No question.

Beefier tools and blades than a  than a 91mm SAK, and you have a more useful end-mounted awl.

Easy to clean, durable, feather-light, and simple.

If you need scissors, then add a Classic to your keychain.

Historically, I've used mostly a Huntsman. I love the Huntsman. Lately I've also come to love my Wenger Evo s18 for its locking version of a very similar toolset.

I usually carry a fixed blade in the woods, though, so my main requirements for my pocket knife are the saw and the scissors. I have, at various times, used a Camper (with a Classic on my zipper pull), a Victorinox Ranger, an Outrider (I think I could get behind an OH Outrider), an OH Forester (with a Signature Lite on the lanyard), and a Wenger Evo s13 SC (paired with an alox Classic).

  It's the recurring "one SAK question" again ! The Farmer got my vote (get one with scissors if possible) for three simple reasons: it's good at what it does, it's pretty durable and it's easy to maintain.
