Strange Victorinox Outrider 0.9023

I just purchase a new Victorinox Outrider...but this knife is strange because it's come without a Long Phillips Screwdriver like in the Victorinox Catalog...I already check my friends Victorinox Hercules which have a Long Phillips Screwdriver usually hidden below the scissors...so anybody can identify this knife?

The original Outrider did not have the Long smaller in-line Phillips head screwdriver.
