what are the requirements for a place?
If it's just a campsite with accessible fields I'm sure I could manage something round here. Not very accessible though sadly :(

IF we can find somewhere that'll let us have an open fire that would be great, but it's not vital.  More important IMO is a level of privacy.  We've had a meet at a public camp site before and it was fine, but it did feel a little restricted in what we could get up too.

Hi everyone, Unfortunately due to work commitments I'm not going to have the time to organise a meet up :( I'm doing 16 hr days at the moment, and not even seeing my wife & daughter much. OK folks we have a possibility of a site in Shropshire (west of Birmingham) though it would be for on night only I believe, Saturday afternoon, night and Sunday morning.  Good thing is that it's a private site so no need to be subtle about the sharp and pointy stuff.
