The ducklings and guinea pigs have been put in together....they are getting on well...
:like:

It's a new black oxide Skeletool CX
How cool is that!

Day 6
Crab?

The Air Force was pretty strict about not carrying anything in your pockets that would make your uniform pockets bulge even the slightest bit (including your keys).
The Navy was sort of like that, but their concern was primarily cigarette packs in shirt pockets and Copenhagen et. al. cans in back pockets.

Day 6

Here's the little red Micra that belonged to Mrs. FX again. I'll be carrying it more than I thought, as a way to keep her close to me...she passed away yesterday. It should acquire a fob tomorrow, as fobs make extraction from pockets easier.

Farmer X, I am very sorry to hear she passed.  I pray for comfort for you.

Day 6

I found my third micra,, and carried all three this evening.  A minimalist I am not.

DAY 7

So a bit of a go slow day today, I have been clearing the home for the last four days, and still looks like I have not done anything....I have done 10 tip runs, with the car full of rubbish, I have a 3 x 1.5m trailer full of stuff to donate....it looks like I have not started!!!

So early I know, but a cider is called for....the Micra understands and doesn't judge me....

Day 7

Opened a button kit I got ages ago. Some cargo pants have Velcro on the pockets but it doesn't really grab anymore.

Day Seven

My usual gardening tools are a Raptor and a Surge.

Looking forward to seeing how much I can get done with the Micra instead this month.

Day 7

I used the blade to open a plastic bag, and it did a little cutting and a little too much tearing... I guess I am way overdue in sharpening this little guy.

Day 7

Used the nail cleaner to open a pack of batteries.

No filter, I’m just this bad at photography.

You are very welcome!

Thank you to all for the condolences and well wishes. It's been very difficult, but I'll persevere. (In fairness, though, I chose the red Micra for her.)

Day 7

The red Micra acquired a fob early in the morning of Day 7.

It was used to cut what I thought was a workable length, and then to cut a slightly longer length.

However, the green Micra, a Signal, and a Bic were needed for the finish work.

This fob wasn't my best work, so I might make another.
