Having used dutch ovens for quite a few things over the years what I will first suggest to you is get used to cooking with it. It is quite unique in how to cook with it.
Temperature, time, the difference in cooked or not cooked food all depends on your coal number and placement.
Practice in the yard with some basics (chili, stew) to learn how the "oven" cooks. Each charcoal can be different as well.
Have you seasoned the oven yet? You may want to google; seasoning a dutch oven and cooking with a dutch oven so that you have your feet wet first.
As far as recipes go, you can google a bunch of them but I'll be honest once you know how to cook with it you can modify any of favorites to work with it.
Once you have the hang of it you may find yourself finding reasons to cook with it, my wife loves to surprise company with cakes and deserts I have cooked in it.
