I`ve just recently joined the forum and would like to present my modest collection of 58mm Classics(and 1 Minichamp). I`ve also got a couple of Cellidor models and an alox Cadet and Farmer and Swisstool. I only got interested in the 58s about 6 weeks ago but can see myself adding more in future.

That is a great start. I must say though...they come in an infinity variety, those cute little Classics.

Very nice! The good thing about collecting the Classics is that you're never done. Keeps you busy :)

Thanks for the link, ColoSwiss. That is quite a collection there, I will never have that many but it`s fun trying to track down the more unusual ones but I know I`ll never get them all. Thankfully I`m not a completist, it could be very frustrating :ahhh

I got started on the Classics years ago and THEN I discovered the Rambler  :facepalm:

Thanks to a couple great enabler sellers on Ebay, you can now buy Ramblers in many of the same scales available on Classics  :ahhh

Unfortunately, the Bay is not an option for me as bids on items outwith the UK are blocked. I don`t understand their policy as they allow sales in other countries which have similar or stricter knife laws to ours. Oh well, whadyagonnado :rant: This means I have to buy new or from Felinevet, but buying a single item from there could be very expensive because of the postage cost plus UK tax plus Royal Mail handling fee.

That is something which is an option for the future. I would not expect someone to do this for me now because it`s a lot to ask and, as a new member, I do not want to be seen as a taker and user. I would prefer to wait a while, if necessary, so that I may hopefully garner some respect and be seen as a contributor to the forum rather than some Johnnie-come-lately who`s only in it for what they can get.
