Watchmaker in place of Bottle opener

Hi,

Is it possible to put a watchmaker blade in place of the can opener and keep the cap lifter at the other end of the layer?  For lack of a better term the broad watchmaker blade like on the Bantam style knife.

Wenger already makes some watch knives with that setup. Of course Victorinox has a couple too but maybe not exactly what you are looking for.
