Found these in a local auto parts shop.
on: July 26, 2013, 02:30:16 PM
I went in to see if I could fix my license plate. That trip was a bust as they didn't have anything for me. However, on the way out, I spied a few cheap bins and decided I should look in there. I didn't expect to come away with 3 collection items.

I scored a very beautiful utility tool with an interesting side lock much like those found on the older  111mm Victorinox lineup.

Now this was a surprise. I would never have went to an auto parts store to get myself a gardening multi-tool. However, this was at the bottom of the bin. I looked hard for another, but this was the only one to be found. It must be Karma.

The last item I found was an Accutire kit.

It comes in a nice zippered case. The flashlight is ok, the tire pressure gauge is the highlight of the kit. The PST clone is decidedly not that good, as such generic tools are wont to be. Can't complain for a few bucks though...and it will look right in place with the collection.

No, no images unless you wanted to show us some funky "look who's popular" images
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

I think Metro used that gardening tool in an early version of the Beerplumber.

Also broken: :ahhh

Ninja Slik (Gerber Flik Shears)

Some EDC MT pr0n.

The Bisector (Surge Shears)

A MT for MT modding (Pivot Hammer + Driver)

LM MUT SS Tacti-awl

Musical Skeletool Blades.

MT Operating Table.

Silverline Waiter's Multitool - the Faux Flair.

Seems like all pics hosted through tapatalk in the late 2011. Hopefully it's only a temporary tapatalk glitch but if not it might be good to take precautionary measures with any future tapatalk hosting (and maybe save/and replace the current ones). If they delete pics after a certain time, they deserve a big :twak: ing.

I would be very sorry to see these lost. PM or email me the links to the pics if you have them and I'll edit them in in the appropriate places. :salute:

Also, Dan, sorry about the thread hijack, and I hope you have your pics backed up if anything like this happens to your threads. :salute:

I believe those hosted on Tapatalk, it happens once and while when their server freaks out. It maybe a temporary glitch on their end. Give it a bit of time to see if it irons itself out. If not, I have all the pics.

I got that green gardeners tool last year.  I used it for about a month before the weed digger disintegrated.

The handle crumbled away next, after about 6 uses.

Too bad the tool did not last until the harvest season.  Maybe we should call it a half-a-gardeners tool.
