Bought these for $3.00 each at a Barn Sale yesterday. There was a much larger Pelican I passed on..... should of grabbed it as well.
Seems that these were used by the FCC for some field work!

Underwater Kinetics case. I found a antenna and a couple of some sort as well as a bag and operation manual for the unit that was in there. Also found some carbon paper with something strange written on it in a government FCC envelope hidden behind the foam.
