We are out of Larks' tongues. Otters' noses and Ocelot spleens at the moment but I can probably pick up some free range duck eggs if anyone wants them for breakfast

I love a good blue cheese, Shropshire Blue and Cambozola are my favourites.
The food line-up is sounding amazing, can't wait.

So the really important question; who's bringing the single malts?......
